2.  Operation of installation process:

 (1) The installation position is in QuJing Coal Chemical Plant No.3, Yuezhou, Qujing, Yunnan province, 1440mm pipeline      set in the air, primary element is T26 inserted 100mm long probe rod, online plug/pull, probe built-in PT 100, transmitter real-time acquisition of DP and temperature, real-time compute mass flow, output multivariate, five-in-one structure;

(2) Installation steps: welding bracket (with cut-off valve), with pressure punching, closing the stop valve, welding the rear part of the valve (probe rod flange bracket), inserting the probe rod, connecting the flange, and installing the transmitter. Connection (3 lines PT 100, 2 line power supply), the whole process needs about 2~3 hours.

(3) Multivariate measurement and output bring a lot of convenience to the user. At the same time, the temperature &  pressure & flow can be seen. From the calculation book, it can be seen that at the 30,000 Nm3/h, the differential pressure is only 20Pa. From the process point of view, the pressure change of the pipeline is still relatively large. If there is no real-time measurement of the pressure, the reason for the flow fluctuation cannot be found.
